This position could be based in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay or Colombia. The possibility of remote work will also be considered in accordance with national regulations, depending on the hiring country.

The main purpose of this position is to coordinate and support the Project management of the three entities (MSF Brasil, Latin America & CAMEX/CAMINO) within the framework as approved by TIC Committee through a consultative and participatory decision-making process. The position requires strong facilitation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively support the development and implementation of the Operational Management Model in line with the subsidiarity principles of mutualization.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES?

• Reviewing our organizational set-up to align regional investments with strategic priorities, ensuring optimal use of resources in essential areas of work: HR, Supply, Medical, Advocacy, Associative.

• Optimizing the use of shared resources for collective priorities by leveraging Latin America operational knowledge and experience across the movement.

• Enhancing shared capacities to maintain our expenditure ratio on direct assistance while reducing overhead through mutualization of services.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Complete bachelor’s degree

• Extensive experience with consultative and participatory ap-proach management models

• Experience on managing programs with multiple and differ-ent stakeholders.

• Experience in workshop facilitation in person or online.

• Availibility for international trips in the region and worldwide

• Fluent Spanish and English

• Knowledge of governance and risk management

• Oral and written communication skills

• Active listening

• Knowledge of negotiation and mediation

WHAT INCREASES YOUR CHANCES:

• Postgraduate or complete MBA (management, public health, humanitarian affairs, international relations, etc)

• Operational or executive experience with MSF

• Knowledge of Portuguese

• Knowledge of MSF and MSF stakeholder groups (staffs, associative, executive)
