A stronger profile is not always a clearer application

Preparation should make your existing experience easier to evaluate. It should not invent experience, write a different story or turn your answers into a script.

Which package should I choose before submitting my application?

The Application Package combines the Guide with feedback on your CV and both written statements. Choose Application Review alone if you only need document feedback. Complete adds preparation for later stages. Buying preparation does not extend the WBG deadline.

I already applied. What should I choose?

Choose Virtual Assessment for recorded practice and online preparation, or Advanced Stages to include a live mock panel and Assessment Center guidance. Application Review is not included in either package.

I am at the final stage. Do I need the Complete Package?

Not necessarily. The Interview & Assessment Center Package is the focused option for live preparation. Complete is intended for people who also need application and virtual-assessment support.

What is different about the IFC/MIGA option?

The IFC/MIGA Complete Package adds Investment-stream materials, including OpenIGO technical and cognitive/logical practice, answer guidance and study references. These are independent preparation resources—not official WBG questions.

I have not received an assessment invitation. Can I still prepare?

You can study the process and practice relevant skills before an invitation. You do not have to buy a full-journey package to prepare for one stage. Do not assume unused services carry forward indefinitely: check the applicable product and usage conditions before buying.

Why pay when official information is free?

You do not need to pay OpenIGO to access official WBG information. Paid preparation adds a structured reference and, depending on the product, evaluation of your own documents, recorded performance or live interview responses. Independent study remains a valid choice.

What does personalized feedback actually cover?

Application feedback addresses evidence, stream fit, technical depth, clarity and consistency. Recorded feedback addresses your submitted answers and delivery. Live preparation examines your responses and reasoning. The format and amount of feedback depend on the service purchased.

How soon will I receive the feedback?

Application Review: allow up to 3 working days after complete editable-file submission. Recorded simulation: normally 1–2 business days after complete submission. Live interviews require scheduling. Contact OpenIGO before purchasing if your available time is tight; buying near a deadline does not guarantee delivery before it.

Does the Guide’s support include a personalized review?

No. The 30-day support included with the Guide covers questions about its content. It is not an Application Review, a mock interview or unlimited one-to-one coaching. Choose a service that explicitly includes the feedback you need.

Do you write my application or provide official assessment questions?

No. You remain the author of your application and responsible for its accuracy. OpenIGO does not provide confidential WBG questions or insider access. The six-question recorded simulation is an OpenIGO practice format; follow your invitation for the official format.

What happens if I already own some materials?

Compare the inclusions before purchasing a package containing resources you already own. The Guide and Application Review are available separately. Contact OpenIGO about your existing purchase; no automatic credit, upgrade or refund is promised on this page.

What are the refund and service conditions?

Refund eligibility, cancellations and usage conditions depend on the purchased product or service and OpenIGO’s Terms and Conditions. Review them before payment. This page does not offer an unconditional money-back promise or a refund for not advancing in the WBG selection process.

Is OpenIGO affiliated with the World Bank Group?

No. OpenIGO is an independent international-career development network. It is not affiliated with or formally endorsed by the World Bank Group.

Does preparation guarantee selection?

No. Preparation is designed to improve readiness and clarity. The WBG makes recruitment decisions based on its selection process and needs. No package guarantees an invitation, advancement, offer or a particular increase in your chances.
