IDCE – International Development Careers Challenge

The International Development Careers Experience (IDCE) is a 5-week long transformational event with immersive group case study challenges led by experts. The event will present the most common career prospects in international development and strengthen essential competencies in participants, such as Public Speaking, Networking and Project Management. This event uses active learning methods such as Case Studies and Role-Playing and includes customized mentorship sessions.

Kick-starting your career at the UN System

Discover the different UN Recruitment Platforms, Staff categories and Selection Processes. Additionally, the participants will get hands-on experience on how to craft a strong application for an internship or job at the UN and get ready for Competency-Based interviews. All this in 4 sessions of 1 hour each.

How to find and apply for the perfect UN vacancy

Learn how to apply for a United Nations job opening, including the most common requirements and main rounds of the selection processes. Get started with the Inspira Platform and discover how to prepare your Personal History Profile. All this in 2 sessions of 1 hour each. Getting Ready for Young Professional Programs (YPPs)

Learn how to get ready for Young Professional Programs, the most prestigious selections processes within IGOs, such as the United Nations YPP and the World Bank Group YPP.
