Dean of the School of Private-Public Administration of the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) with over 20 years of work with International Development. OpenIGO’s founder, a company with a mission of contributing to developing international careers and democratizing recruitment and selection processes in the UN System and at other intergovernmental organizations by producing and disseminating advanced knowledge.

Linda Bawazir

Linda is a Global Leadership and Career coach for humanitarian and development professionals who are dedicated to make a difference in the world. She has over 18 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner with the US Department of State, UNICEF, UNRWA, and World Food Program (WFP); working and living in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Europe.

K.C. Soares

International management and organization development executive and consultant with over 30 years of international experience in inter-governmental, public, non-profit, and academic organizations. Work includes developing and implementing training and development programs, organization redesign, coaching and mentoring, and strategic planning and culture change programs. Ph.D., Cornell University.

Margarete Sobral

Twenty five years of international experience in the field of Human Resources for high level managerial positions both in the public sector of a Government other than my own and in international organizations such as the United Nations Secretariat, the United Nations on Drugs and Crime and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. Worked around the world in the following ares of specialization: Talent acquisition and talent management, outreach, career planning and development, succession management, and more!

Analice Martinsson

Specialist consultant in Communication and International Relations based in Stockholm, Sweden. Specialization in Environmental Communication (Master's) in Stockholm and in Corporate Responsibility (MBA) in São Paulo. Has over 10 years of experience working with governments, the private sector, civil society and multilateral organizations (United Nations, IDB, EU) in countries such as Brazil, Sweden, India, the United States and Kenya.

Ingra Botelho

Internationalist and Human Resources specialist, Ingra has worked in private and public sector organizations. Her work focuses on strengthening human capital, improving interpersonal and team communications, as well as strategic initiatives. She has worked, among others, for the Walt Disney World Company, the Bahia Commercial Association and the UOL group. Ingra currently works at the Department of Human Resources of the Organization of American States (OAS) assisting with the organization's international Internship Program and HR staffing section.

Michele Damone

At the age of 25, Michele was a P2, and by 30, he was already a P3, with field experience within the UN system organizations and EU Institutions. He is an innovative talent and career coach whose mission is to empower people through open, honest, and thought-provoking conversations.
