Content Overview

This course explores advanced topics in leadership as it pertains to change management in dynamic health care environments found in low- and middle-income countries. It introduces participants to concepts of leadership and change management, including principles of emotional intelligence and conflict management. Participants learn about culture sensitive issues of leadership and decision-making, the role of leadership in the context of corruption and health policy.
