• What matters? A look at the key dynamics of non-profit financial management and what factors differentiate a financially sustainable organisation from a failing one.
• What grants? Developing new funding streams with pitches to investors*.
• What’s my organisation’s risk? Assess your organisations financial risk using your own financial information (if submitted in advance of the course).
• What unrestricted funding? How to create and maximize cost recovery options to boost funding use.
• What about the costs? How to manage overheads.
• What funding gap? Building and growing financial reserves to avoid gaps.
• Learning is group based, using your organisations real finances on strict confidence rules to ensure you leave with a practical, actionable plan to build your NGOs financial sustainability.
