Education: ● A first Level University Degree (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent) in Civil Engineering Work Experience: ● At least 2 years’ experience in irrigation and water supply system design or ● At least 1 year experience in performing surveys on quantities and quality of irrigation and ● Able to work in a results-driven environment and responsibly without direct supervision on ● Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or MicroStation ● Previous working experience within an international development context. ● Experience in contractors supervision as well as interim payment certificates (IPCs) and
● Experience with satellite images usage Languages: ● Fluency (oral and written) in English is required. ● Pashto and Dari languages are desired. |
