About Us

Global Rights Compliance is an international human rights legal practice based in the UK and the Netherlands, specializing in international human rights, criminal, and humanitarian law. We have a dedicated Business and Human Rights Unit focused on providing advice to businesses, public sector institutions, civil society organizations, and investors on both the legal and practical aspects of human rights due diligence, responsible business conduct, as well as heightened human rights due diligence in conflict-affected and high-risk areas.

Since 2022, BHRC has been working in partnership with civil society organizations and trade unions to strengthen accountability for labor rights abuses in Pakistan. Under this programme, the team has developed and launched a mobile and web application, MyVox, to monitor and document labor rights violations in garment factories in Pakistan. The aggregation of data collected through MyVox is displayed on an online dashboard with graphical representations of key metrics, including the number of violations recorded, as well as the location and type of violations

GRC is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support the analysis of the data collected through MyVox (including the mobile/web app and the live dashboard). The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing, analysing, and interpreting data collected through the mobile and web application to provide actionable insights that will inform GRC’s advocacy and awareness-raising efforts.

  • Use data visualization tools to present data in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Develop quarterly comprehensive reports and presentations based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure data-related issues are addressed promptly.
  • Provide ongoing support for data-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Develop documentation and guides for data management and analysis processes.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, master’s degree is preferable.
  • Proven 5+ years experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
