Manage business administration, finance, logistics (including procurement), and legal matters for the Ukraine Crisis. Ensure smooth cooperation with other departments and support Oxfam’s vision of local humanitarian leadership and feminist principles.
Key Responsibilities:

Finance:
- Direct financial management, policies, compliance, and donor reporting.
- Support budget preparation, monitoring, control, and reporting.
- Lead annual budgeting and planning processes.
- Provide financial reports and support to finance team and field managers.

Logistics:
- Manage logistics coordinator and team to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee procurement, asset use, and resource organization.
- Provide legal oversight and consultation.

Leadership:
- Manage programme management budget for office, legal, communications, travel, and accommodation.
- Part of senior leadership team, providing strategic planning and advice.
- Promote Oxfam’s strategy, values, and culture.

Management:
- Line management for finance and logistics teams.
- Foster a diverse, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to Oxfam’s Counter Fraud policy and other standards.
- Other:
- Adhere to Oxfam’s principles, values, and promotion of gender justice and women’s rights.
- Commit to equity, diversity, child safety, and staff health and wellbeing.
- Hands-on approach to program setup and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Graduate in a relevant field or comparable experience.
- Minimum of five years management experience across multiple functions, preferably in a similar or humanitarian organization.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex information and motivate teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues, commitment to equal opportunities.
- Willingness to learn about gender mainstreaming, women’s rights, and diversity.
- Commitment to Oxfam’s safeguarding policies.
- Demonstrate accountability, empowerment, and inclusiveness.
- Finance qualification/certification is a plus.
- Ability to mentor others, work under challenging circumstances, and demonstrate competencies in dialogue and collaboration.
