STOOS partners with international organizations, NGOs, and government institutions to provide data-driven insights for impactful decision-making.

We are looking for Enumerators/Data Collectors and Field Supervisors to support data collection activities in various locations across Lebanon.

📌 Role Overview:

🔹 Conduct field data collection using structured surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.
🔹 Ensure high-quality and accurate data entry.
🔹 Coordinate with the field team and supervisors to adhere to project timelines.
🔹 Maintain ethical and professional standards while engaging with respondents.

✅ Key Qualifications and Skills:

✔️ Prior experience in data collection, field research, or surveys.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Familiarity with digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, CommCare) is a plus.
✔️ Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English and/or French is an advantage.
✔️ Ability to work independently and in diverse community settings.

📌 لمحة عن الدور:

🔹 إجراء جمع البيانات ميدانياً باستخدام الاستبيانات والمقابلات والمناقشات الجماعية.
🔹 ضمان دقة البيانات وإدخالها بجودة عالية.
🔹 التنسيق مع فرق العمل والمشرفين للالتزام بالجداول الزمنية للمشروع.
🔹 الالتزام بالمعايير الأخلاقية والمهنية أثناء التفاعل مع المشاركين.

✅ المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

✔️ خبرة سابقة في جمع البيانات أو الأبحاث الميدانية أو الاستطلاعات.
✔️ مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التفاعل مع مختلف الفئات.
✔️ يفضّل الإلمام بأدوات جمع البيانات الرقمية (مثل KoboToolbox، ODK، CommCare).
✔️ إتقان اللغة العربية، والقدرة على التواصل باللغتين الإنجليزية و/أو الفرنسية ميزة إضافية.
✔️ القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي بيئات مجتمعية متنوعة.
