Overview
Position Summary:
Creative Associates seeks experts for anticipated donor-funded opportunities in our Economic Growth practice area in Central Asia.
Responsibilities
Candidates with prior experience in one or more of the following areas of technical or administrative experience on USAID- and/or other donor funded programming are encouraged to apply for general interest:

- Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree(s) in Business, International Development, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred;
- * Minimum 5 years’ experience working in relevant field;
- * Experience working with donor-funded programming, experience working with USAID programming is highly preferred;
- * Demonstrated experience working in Uzbekistan for USAID- or other donor funded programming;
- * Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; and
- * Fluency in local language (Kyrgyz, Uzbek, Kazakh, Tajik, and Turkmen) and/or Russian, as well as fluency in English is required.
- Position contingent upon donor funding.
- Local candidates are highly preferred.
