The Coalition to Counter Online Antisemitism (CCOA) is seeking a consultant or organization to develop an educational training toolkit for educators and multipliers. The CCOA, a pan-European network, aims to combat online antisemitism and foster best practices through innovative ideas and partnerships. This toolkit will address online antisemitism and provide adaptable materials for different audiences and local contexts, developed in consultation with ISD experts.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing a comprehensive training toolkit with presentations, guidelines, methods, and resources.
- Conducting test training sessions and creating a Train-the-Trainer (ToT) module.
- Delivering two ToT sessions to train multipliers.
- Providing regular feedback and updates to the CCOA team.
Expected deliverables:
- A completed training toolkit.
- Five pilot rounds of the toolkit with feedback for national adjustments.
- A ToT module and two training sessions reaching 100 multipliers.
- Submission of findings to the CCOA team.
- Presentation of the toolkit status at the CCOA Conference in November.
Candidates should have expertise in antisemitism education, strong relationships with European stakeholders, and fluency in English and relevant local languages. The consultancy runs from August to November 2024, with a total of 30 days of work. The role is remote, with potential in-person stakeholder meetings and mandatory attendance at the CCOA Conference in Warsaw (November 25-27, 2024). The consultant will be paid 35,000 Euros gross.
