The Coalition to Counter Online Antisemitism (CCOA) seeks a consultant to evaluate a toolkit designed to combat online antisemitism. This consultant will monitor and evaluate the toolkit’s development, providing feedback to the development team and overseeing two piloting phases. Responsibilities include regular feedback, participation in pilot tests, and documenting impact stories. Deliverables consist of mid-term evaluation reports after each piloting phase and a final report upon completion.
Applicants should have expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), ideally related to education on antisemitism, experience with community organizations, international work, and fluency in English and relevant local languages. The consultancy period runs from August to December 2024, requiring approximately 25 days of work, with findings due by the end of November and ongoing feedback throughout the year. The role is remote, but consultants will attend in-person meetings when possible and must attend the CCOA Conference in Warsaw from November 25-27, 2024.
The position is open to consultants from Germany, Italy, France, Sweden, Poland, or the EU, with a total payment of 12,500 Euros gross.
