The Coalition to Counter Online Antisemitism (CCOA) seeks five local consultants to contribute to a policy roadmap on combatting online antisemitism. This pan-European network aims to present the roadmap to the European Commission by the end of 2024. The consultants will gather local insights on antisemitism and digital policy from Germany, Italy, France, Sweden, and Poland. Responsibilities include stakeholder mapping, consulting with local experts, and providing feedback to the CCOA team.
Key deliverables include:
- Consultation with 7-10 relevant organizations and individuals, and holding a multi-stakeholder roundtable.
- Submission and discussion of findings with the CCOA team.
- Peer review of the final policy roadmap.
- Engagement with stakeholders at local and EU levels.
- Attendance at the CCOA Conference in Warsaw in November.
Candidates should have strong local networks and expertise in antisemitism and digital policy, with fluency in English and relevant local languages. The consultancy runs from August to November 2024, requiring about 15 days of work. The role is remote, with occasional in-person meetings. Each consultant will be paid 3,000 Euros gross.
