Here’s where you come in:
As Digital Channels Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to plan, post, and schedule organic content and paid campaigns across our social media channels. The ideal candidate understands how to align content with audience behaviours and platform trends; strategically optimising posts for peak engagement. This role requires someone who can thoughtfully manage content calendars, ensure timely delivery, and monitor performance to continuously refine organic strategies, driving meaningful connections with our audiences while supporting the organisation’s digital communication goals.
Requirements include:
- Bachelors Degree in Communications or Marketing
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- At least 2 years experience managing multiple social channels for complex international organisation.
- Good sense of risk and appropriate messages.
- Content creation, graphic design and video editing skills.
- Ability to analyse results and adjust accordingly.
- Experience running organic and paid campaigns across multiple channels.
- Data reporting, analyzation skills
- May need to travel occasionally for training or planning.
