Here’s where you come in:
As the Faith & Development Impact and Reporting Manager, you will support VisionFund microfinance institutions, Global Centre Teams, and Senior Managers to understand the impact of VisionFund’s Empowered Worldview (EWV) work on the lives of clients and their households. (Empowered Worldview is a World Vision faith-based enabling Core Project Model that helps VisionFund staff and clients address the spiritual root causes of poverty.) As a MEL programme manager, coach, and trainer, you will help strengthen the body of evidence of impact and to interpret the data and evidence for a deeper understanding of EWV impact throughout the VisionFund network. This role is the primary producer of VisionFund’s internal and external reports and communications about EWV impact with clear data visualisation and report narrative, highlighting key areas of learning to facilitate programme improvement and contextualising the evidence to make VisionFund’s work relevant to various audiences.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 5-7 years of experience of managing and interpreting data
- At least 2-3 years of experience with development programme impact and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL)
- Demonstrable expertise in data visualization
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research
- Excellent report writing skills in English
- Ability to navigate through obstacles when project partners do not deliver
- Experience of delivering training to groups and one-on-one coaching
- The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
