About the Role:

The Global Talent Manager will play an importatn role in supporting both Talent Acquisition and Talent Development across myAgro’s global operations. You will collaborate with country HR teams in Mali and Senegal to enhance the quality, processes, and overall effectiveness of our talent management strategies. The Global Talent Lead will support the alignment of our talent acquisition and development efforts with myAgro’s mission and organizational strategic goals. You will report to the Chief People Officer.

 

You Will:

Support Talent Acquisition:

Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top global talent, collaborate with country HR teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in recruitment processes, maintain a robust talent pipeline for key positions within the organization, oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations, and use data-driven approaches to track recruitment metrics and improve the talent acquisition process.

Support Talent Development:· 

Lead the delivery of talent development programs to support employee growth and organizational success, work with HR teams to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training projects, create leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline, foster a culture of learning and development across the organization, and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and make data-informed adjustments.

Collaborate and Improve processes:·

Serve as a key partner to HR teams, providing guidance on talent-related matters, standardize and improve talent management tools and systems across global operations, ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent management practices, and stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and development.

 

You Have:

  • BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and talent development, in international environments, preferably in the non-profit or social enterprise sectors.
  • Experience developing talent strategies.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in English and French.
