Plan International Jordan is established in 2016 and has programmes in Azraq refugee camp and host communities.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Graphic and Media Volunteer will support the Graphic and Media Officer in creating and managing visual content for Plan International Jordan. This role involves assisting in the design, production, and distribution of various communication materials.
The volunteer role will include:
- Assist in the creation of graphic designs for various materials such as reports, brochures, posters, and social media content.
- Support in the editing and post-production of photos and videos.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for print and digital platforms.
- Assist in the field visits to Plan International’s project sites in coordination with the graphic and media designer to capture photographs and videos, showcasing Plan International Jordan’s impact and the stories of participants.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ensures that Plan International’s global policies for Safeguarding Children, Young People and Programmes Participants and Gender Equality and Inclusion are fully embedded in accordance with the principles and requirements of the policy including relevant Implementation Standards and Guidelines as applicable to their area of responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring staff and associates are aware of and understand their responsibilities under these policies and Plan
TECHNICAL EXPERTIES, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography software.
- Interest in photography and videography.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
