  • Responsible for front office operations and activities, this includes the switchboard, receiving/forwarding and registration of letters, mails and pouches.
  • Responsible for arranging orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Arrange delivery of mails to external organizations (Kabul) and ensure regularly and systematic check on IRC Box at ACBAR for incoming mails. 
  • Responsible for the office notice boards, positing of information, clearing old information, proper arrangement.
  • Assisting in posting of job advertisements, receiving and sorting applications. Ensure all applications are organized and cleanly maintained until the closing date of the relevant announcement.
  • Keeping track of the staff timesheets for IRC Country Program through a clean and systematic way, in which filing transparency should exist.
  • Tracking the national staff leave records and notifying Kabul based staff of the status of their accrued used and unused annual leave and sick leave days. Assisting in maintaining personnel files. Ensure all relevant documents are filed for Kabul office.
  • Assisting in maintaining files for all terminated staff. Ensure that files for all terminated staff from all sites are forwarded to Kabul.
  • Responsible for keeping update all personnel files.
  • Responsible for receiving field offices request and processing those requests.
  • Responsible for updating HRIS database and all other HR related tracking forms.
  • Carries out other relevant duties as assigned by your supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s graduate in BBA, Economy, Human Resource or relevant field of studies.
  • At least 2 years work experience in HR with INGOs/NGOs.
  • Proven experience in Personnel Management
  • Excellent English and Dari/Pashtu.
  • Must have computer skills especially office package.
  • Experience in working with international NGOs
  • Good organizational and reporting skill
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Prior experience working in a multi-cultural environment is an added advantage.
