About NSPPL:
The National Syrian Project for Prosthetic Limbs (NSPPL) was established in 2013 in Reyhanli, southern Turkey, by a group of Syrians in response to those affected by the war in Syria and in need of prosthetic limbs. NSPPL is the first non-profit of its kind in Northern Syria and Turkey to support amputees in recuperating and integrating into a self-sufficient autonomous lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Monitoring:
- Assist in developing data collection tools (questionnaires, interviews, surveys).
- Conduct field visits to monitor project activities and ensure alignment with the plan.
- Record data related to beneficiaries and services provided (e.g., prosthetic fittings and rehabilitation).

Data Analysis:
- Input collected data into electronic databases.
- Verify data accuracy and analyze it using tools like Excel or advanced analytics software (e.g., Power BI).

Report Preparation:
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on project progress.
- Draft concise notes on challenges and recommendations for performance improvement.

Supporting Plan Implementation:
- Assist the Monitoring and Evaluation team in implementing work plans related to activity and outcome assessments.
- Contribute to updating key indicators for measuring project success.

Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments (administrative, logistical, technical) to ensure information sharing.
- Provide technical support in the field and train local teams on data collection tools.

Complaint and Feedback Management:
- Record and track beneficiary complaints and feedback regarding services provided.
- Ensure prompt responses to complaints and implement corrective actions as needed.
Required Skills:
- University degree , or institute certificate with a minimum of two years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and Word).
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in Arabic and advanced in English.
- Knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation methodologies (e.g., Logical Framework, Impact Assessment).
- Ability to conduct fieldwork and travel as needed.
