ISD Jordan seeks a Consultant, funded through the EU project, to support the development and implementation of its M&E framework for an 18-month project, starting in November 2024. The Consultant will conduct baseline and endline evaluations, develop data collection tools, and guide the project team in transforming activity measures into outcome-focused assessments. Key responsibilities include creating the M&E framework, conducting studies, analyzing data, assessing project impact, and providing expert support to both the project and wider ISD teams as needed.
This consultancy offers a gross budget of €11,250 (or the equivalent amount in JOD) for a maximum of 50 days over the 18-month period.
Experience Requirement:
- Over 5 years of M&E experience, focused on creating and implementing frameworks for development, digital media, or social change projects.
- Skilled in conducting baseline and endline surveys, developing methodologies and tools (surveys, interviews, focus groups).
- Competent in both quantitative and qualitative data collection, management, and analysis.
- Experienced in managing M&E projects in complex and sensitive environments, particularly within the MENA region.

- A budget breakdown: Consultants should include a cost breakdown in their applications including the day rate, applicable taxes, and any surcharges. The maximum gross budget for the consultancy is 11,250 Euros gross, which is inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees.
