That when Kenyan citizens proactively engage government institutions and officials, at national, county and local levels, on issues of relating to land, extractives and natural resource exploitation, that government and private sector actors will be compelled to change their policies and practices to deliver a more progressive land and natural resource management regime that responds to the needs and realises the rights of poor and marginalised women, men and youth.
