We are currently seeking an Office Co-ordinator to join our Finance and Operations Team on a full-time basis, for a contract until 20th December 2024 (with a possible extension for further 12 months).

The Role
As an Office Co-ordinator, you will ensure compliance with our regulations and procedures to create a safe and efficient working environment within our London office.
Providing a friendly and welcoming space for staff, you will be the first point of contact for all requests and queries relating to building and office services; providing a first line support as a First Aider and a Fire Warden.
You will also carry out inductions and training for new staff, assist with booking meeting rooms and maintain accurate records.
Additionally, you will:
– Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors
– Communicate professionally via phone, email and in-person
– Manage and update online databases
– Provide IT support to staff or liaise with IT support services
– Undertake financial and resource management duties
About You
To be considered as an Office Co-ordinator, you will need:
– Demonstrable experience of working within a fast client-facing facilities setting
– The ability to set up and maintain office systems
– Strong knowledge of IT, including Office 365
– Good knowledge of health and safety and fire safety
– Good knowledge of supporting or running a busy office environment/building
– An understanding of financial administration
– Familiarity with planning and organising internal and external events (organisation)
– A Levels (or equivalent), or learning gained through work experience or training
– Have an excellent written and verbal communication skills
The closing date for this role is the 28th May 2024.
Although IIED is a hybrid working organisation, this role is office-based and you will be working from the office.
