Overview
We are currently recruiting a Roving Programs Manager to join our Program team.
This is an office-based position in Sudan.

About the Opportunity
The Roving Programs Manager provides critical support to multiple departments within the Programs team, including the Grants and Compliance, Technical, Programs, and MEAL teams. This role is essential in ensuring smooth project startups, efficient coordination across departments, and comprehensive support to streamline program implementation
Your Responsibilities
This role includes the following responsibilities.

Project Implementation Support (25%)
- Assist the Programs Director with project startup activities, including preparing project implementation tools, initiating purchase requisitions (PRs) and resource request forms (RRFs), and coordinating with field teams for Government teaming agreements and MOUs.

Grants and Compliance Coordination (25%)
- Support general grants management duties, including document tracking, compliance checks, and information sharing across departments.

Technical Support Assistance (25%)
- Assist the Technical Advisor by attending relevant cluster meetings and contributing to health facility mapping.
- Help develop technical tools and ensure the consistent application of Program Design Quality Assurance (PDQA) standards across all activities.

MEAL Support (25%)
- Collaborate with the MEAL Manager to conduct project evaluations and develop Terms of Reference (TORs) for evaluations.
About You
You will bring the following experience and skills.
- A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as public health, social sciences, or international development, is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on project initiation and grant coordination.
- Knowledge of donor compliance, proposal development, and report writing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with field and headquarters teams.
- Proficiency in data management and technical tools used for program implementation and MEAL activities.
