IDA was founded in 2012 by Syrian doctors from Aleppo in response to the healthcare and humanitarian crisis in Syria.
IDA Syria is the main healthcare provider in Northern Aleppo/Syria area, working closely with 500,000 IDPs and 700,000 host community through 20 healthcare facility and other health and nutrition projects
During last year, IDA has provided 1.2 million services in Heath, Nutrition, WaSH and Camp Management

Position Summary
Assisting in completing warehouse, logistical, and supply tasks in Türkiye in coordination with supply officers. This includes but is not limited to, following up on S-Warehouses & store point transactions and documenting them. following up on logistical tasks in the organization’s office in Kilis.
The following is a brief description of the role.
Specific responsibilities:
- Warehousing tasks (75% of total tasks).
- Adjust storage space: Assisting in optimizing the entire storage space and utilizing it effectively according to the policies and rules of the adopted GSP warehouse practices. This includes monitoring daily supply movements, estimating their volumes, and organizing their physical locations. Additionally, labelling stock locations based on the nature of the materials or project categorization.
- Periodic updating of warehouse inventory records and storage points.
- Develop and Issue WH Papers:
- To do the initial inventory for the received supplies and issue the GRN to be reviewed and adopted by the warehouse officer.
- To release and place the bin and stock cards of stored supplies.
- To release the Stock release note (SR) depending on the adopted good issuing order (GIO).
- Prepare kits for the dispatched supplies.
- Update the Stock card information Periodically.
- Control and supervision: Supervising and overseeing workers during the loading and unloading of supplies to minimize the risk of loss or damage. Besides following up on the general condition of the warehouse in terms of cleanliness and standard storage conditions.
- Supply tasks (10 % of total tasks)
- Follow up the maintenance operations (Office & cars) in Kilis office in coordination with the procurement department.
- Following up on the running costs operations (Electricity, water, internet …) in Kilis offices in coordination with Admin unite in the HQ office.
- Logistic tasks (15 % of the total tasks)
- Tracking and documenting the movement records of vehicles in Kilis in coordination with the logistics department in HQ
- Follow up and address the legal status of the organization’s vehicles in Kilis

- College degree
- Fluency in Arabic is essential, both written and verbal;
- Fluency in Turkish is essential, both written and verbal;
- Fluency in English is beneficial;
- Good IT skills, including Excel and Word;
- One year of experience in Supply Chain.
- Experience working within a humanitarian context;
