Job Description

Position Title: Teleradiology Medical Assistant (Shift Coordination)

Reference Code: VN 118/2024

Job classification: G-5

Duty station: Manila (Global) Administrative Centre (MAC)

Type of Appointment: One year with possibility of extension

Salary: Php 799,973.00 per annum net of taxes

Context

Under the overall administrative supervision of the Global Radiology Coordinator and the direct supervision of the Sr. Teleradiology Administrative assistant or International radiologists and in coordination with Senior Teleradiology and PACS Systems Administrator for day to day workflow and technical matters, the successful candidate will coordinate the shift schedule of the Teleradiology medical assistants and provide other administrative functions to the IOM Teleradiology Center.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • University degree Information Technology, Business Administration, Psychology, Science fields, or a any other related field from an accredited academic institution, with three years of relevant professional experience preferably in administrative capacity; or
  • Completed High School degree from an accredited academic institution, with five years of relevant professional experience.

Experience:

  • Experience with digital radiology and Teleradiology systems an advantage.
  • Experience in Migration health work, screening health assessments and eHealth/eMedical services an advantage.
  • Comprehensive computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Advanced computer knowledge an advantage.
