About the role

As the Finance and Support Services Intern you will support the Finance and Support Services Officer with the smooth running of this function. This is a great opportunity for an intern looking for experience within international development.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Processing expenses, preparing payment requisitions, preparing deposit slips
  • Maintaining accounting files and records
  • Receipt of orders, filling of vouchers
  • Support with the logistics of travel and activities, booking hotels, cars,
  • Assisting with all office administrative paperwork such as filing, photocopying, inventory checking, obtaining quotes for procurement purposes
  • Any other adhoc work as request by the FSSO or Senior PM

As a successful candidate you will hold a Finance or Accounting degree or have a final year to complete a Masters. You will have strong numeracy, a keen eye to detail, budget and analysis skills and a desire to work within international development.
